- Reservations are made online, subject to availability.
- Reservations are considered definitive after confirmation and any prepayment.
- The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing the details of the reservation.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Payment can be made online by credit card via a secure platform.
- Some offers may require full or partial prepayment.
6. Cancellation and modification conditions

6.1 Standard terms and conditions
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the stay - 50% of the total amount with extras are debited at the time of booking.
Modification conditions :
A stay can be modified up to 7 days before the start of the stay. This modification will only be accepted after confirmation from the hotelier.
Cancellation conditions are as follows:

6.2 Non-cancellable - non-refundable
This rate is non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled. 100% of the total amount including extras is debited at the time of booking.

To guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card number. No amount will be deducted in advance; payment will be made on the day of your arrival and/or via online check-in.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After this time, the first night will be charged.
If the hotel refuses, cancellation conditions may apply. They only become effective on receipt of the hotel's confirmation on the day of contact.
7. Arrival and departure
- Arrivals are from 3:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am.
- Late departures may incur additional charges.
8. Liability and insurance
- Le Manoir au Lac cannot be held responsible for objects left or stolen in the establishment.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they may cause to the premises.
